How Do Daypasses Work?
Once you select the “Start” button on your Solis 4G Mate hotspot, a 24-hour service period begins, during which you have access to unlimited internet. If you start at 13:00 today, your device will be providing data for the next 24 hours until 12:59 the next day. After the cycle runs out, your hotspot will invite you to start a new daypass. Purchase and use daypasses as you need them!
Daypasses that you do not use stay in your Daypass “Bank” for an unlimited time.
What you don’t use, you don’t lose.
What Is the Daily (24-Hours) Data Allowance Like?
With each Solis daily service package or "global daypass," you get 24-hours of unlimited internet on up to 5 separate devices. There is absolutely no data cutoff! Each 24-hour daypass provides access to the 4G LTE network. This may vary from country-to-country depending on local data networks.
The goal at Solis is to provide high-speed internet access to all users! To ensure we optimize our data network to provide the best speeds to our customers worldwide, we practice an industry standard Fair Use Policy. Our Fair Use Policy is consistent with most mobile carriers and broadband company policies for mobile data usage. Because our network is a limited resource, customers who take a disproportionately high amount of data may experience reduced network speeds, based on location and service, so that we protect Fair Usage for all. While the user's data will not expire during the 24-hour period, data speeds may vary from 4G to 3G/2G speeds depending on location, carrier bandwidth, and total data consumption. Data always resets with the next global daypass.
